Consciousness Vs The Brain
In present thinking, where consciousness is in the brain, the brain needs to be divvied into two parts, the conscious and unconscious, but no one has a clue as where the unconscious is in the brain, and have been working to find it for over a hundred year with no luck.
If, however, consciousness is separate from the brain this picture is wrong. The brain is just the brain - the unconscious part.
